Job Title: Chef de Partie
Salary: Up to £28,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days (straight shifts)

The Role

Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team in a permanent position at a busy country club with multiple food operations. This role offers a great work-life balance with straight shifts, a supportive team, and an excellent benefits package.

There is a team of up to 10 chefs in total, working across different kitchens and service areas within the club, supporting the various dining outlets on site.

The kitchen operates with a mix of fresh food and quality pre-prepared products, allowing chefs to focus on consistency, presentation, and efficient service.

During lunch and evening services you may work independently or alongside one other chef, so being organised and confident running your section is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and maintain your own section during service
• Assist with food preparation and cooking
• Ensure dishes are presented to a consistent standard
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Work efficiently during busy service periods

Accommodation
