Head Chef – 2 Rosette Level
Location: Exeter
Salary: From £42,000 + KPI Bonus

We are recruiting an experienced Head Chef with 2 AA Rosette-level experience to lead the kitchen at a fine dining restaurant in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented head chef to take full responsibility for kitchen operations, lead and develop the brigade, maintain high culinary standards, and contribute creatively to menu development within a well-established hospitality environment. 40 Hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Manage stock, purchasing, and food storage
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team
• Support the executive chef with menu development and kitchen organization

Requirements

• 2 AA Rosette experience
